Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of the NitroDrop service, operated by HIMCUBE Integrated Services Limited. NitroDrop is a WhatsApp-based food ordering and delivery service in Lagos, Nigeria. By using our service, customers and restaurant partners agree to these terms.

1. Who may use NitroDrop

• NitroDrop is available to customers within our stated delivery areas in Lagos (currently Alimosho, Isolo and Oshodi).
• Users must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place orders.
• Restaurant partners must be legitimate food businesses that have signed a NitroDrop vendor agreement.

2. Permitted use

• Customers may browse participating restaurants, place orders, pay, and receive delivery.
• Restaurant partners may receive and fulfil customer orders in line with their vendor agreement.

3. Prohibited conduct

• You must not use NitroDrop for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• You must not place orders you do not intend to pay for or receive.
• You must not use another person’s payment details without authorisation.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our partners.
• You must not send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages to our team, riders, or partners.
• Restaurant partners must not list items they cannot fulfil, misrepresent prices, or sell unsafe or illegal food.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our licensed payment processor. NitroDrop does not store customer card details.
• Orders are only confirmed and dispatched after payment has been successfully received.

5. Suspension and termination

• We may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend any customer or partner who breaches this policy.
• We may remove a restaurant partner who repeatedly fails to meet our quality, accuracy, or food-safety standards.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at nitrodrop.ng.
